Hello! I am Kimberly, a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of North Alabama and a Master of Science from Troy University. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve worked as a nurse and nurse practitioner in various settings, including emergency, intensive care unit, family, and integrative medicine.
I specialize in hormone optimization and weight loss, including thyroid function, testosterone replacement, and support during perimenopause/menopause. I use integrative medicine to address the underlying causes of health issues. I have successfully helped men and women achieve hormone balance, resulting in improved health, well-being, and quality of life.
